Carrie has been with Grange for 10 years, where she initially served as a Lead HR Business Partner, before moving to her current role for the property & casualty (P&C) business in 2020.
She has over 20 years of experience in human resources from a variety of different industries, including five years at Safelite AutoGlass as an HR Business Partner. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Management from Stetson University in Florida, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
Carrie and her family became involved with Family Mentor Foundation in 2018 when we volunteered for a packing event through Seeds of Caring. Carrie lives with her husband, Chad, in Grove City. They have a 10-year-old son, Corbin, and an 8-year-old daughter, Cate. Her interests include volunteering, traveling, reading, sports, and driving her kids to sports practices.

As a partner with Leverage Leadership, Bob works with organizations to transform leadership to drive organizational success through leadership excellence, inclusive excellence, and organizational capability solutions. Bob is the former SVP/ Chief Talent Officer of IQVIA, and Group Vice President of Learning & Development for Deutsche Post DHL. Bob currently serves on the Columbus Chamber's Small Business Council and on the global Nominating Committees for the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is a regular presenter at industry conferences on topics of talent strategy and culture. In his free time he enjoys travelling with his family, cycling, recording and performing music, and reading.
Bob holds a BA from The George Washington University and an MBA from Otterbein University. He lives in Westerville, OH with his wife and their 3 children.
Community Impact Manager, EASE
EASE is a full-service logistics, asset, and managed solution provider. In her role, Stacie is responsible for their giving and community presence, planning and executing events and engaging with the communities where EASE employees live and work. Stacie also leads EASE’s ongoing sustainability initiatives. She has more than five years of experience in the logistics industry, and previously led and grew EASE’s Carrier Administration team.
Stacie earned her BA in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University, and her MBA from Ohio University. She lives in Upper Arlington and spends her free time enjoying all that Columbus has to offer.

Brett is an experienced sales professional, relationship and account manager with a track record of obtaining and building successful partnerships while focusing on growth initiatives.
He has more than 17 years experience leading teams, building partnerships and growing relationships in both the logistics and insurance industries. In his free time he enjoys cycling, spending time with his family and attempting to learn Italian.
Brett received his BA in Business Administration from Wingate University in North Carolina, where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team that participated in the 2001 NCAA Final Four. Brett resides in Dublin with his wife and two daughters.
Attorney, Porter-Wright
Jonithon is a government affairs lobbyist and attorney in the firm’s Government & Regulatory Affairs Practice Group. He is an experienced public policy analyst and strategist advocating on behalf of the firm’s clients in legislative and agency matters. Jonithon works closely with clients to develop and implement their public policy agendas and keep them abreast of developments that affect their interests.
Jonithon has led statewide public policy and government affairs lobbying efforts for the Ohio Department of Commerce, the State Medical Board of Ohio and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. For more than a decade, he has developed and strengthened key relationships with legislators, legislative staff, the Governor’s office and administrative agencies, and trade associations in order to champion client agendas and goals.
He utilizes his perspectives gained as a senior official in the Ohio Department of Commerce to assist clients with a wide range of local, state and federal liquor issues. This includes assisting clients with the issuance, transfer and renewal of permits, as well as addressing liquor violations and managing appeals of decisions rendered by the Ohio Liquor Control Commission.
Vice President, Senior Credit Delivery Leader
Danielle MacDonald, Vice President, serves as a Senior Credit Delivery Leader for the Regional Bank at The Huntington National Bank.
In her role, she is responsible for leading and developing a team of underwriters, working with the market as a liaison to structure and advise on credit requests, and reviewing and authorizing credit requests for numerous regions across the Bank’s footprint. Prior to joining the Regional Bank, Danielle spent three years in the Financial Recovery Group at Huntington, and nine years in the Central Ohio Commercial Banking Group at Huntington in various roles within Commercial Credit.
During her time at Huntington, Danielle has been active in volunteering with Junior Achievement of Central Ohio (JA), City Year Mentoring, and Reality Days.
Danielle graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in Finance and Marketing. Danielle resides in Powell, OH with her husband, Rob, and daughter, Vivienne.
Senior Tax Associate, Crane Family Office at Crane Group
For over 20 years, Fanny has served the Crane families with their tax return filing needs, from individuals, trusts, to small partnerships and small non-profit. Fanny is a frequent volunteer at various food pantries, homeless shelters in the Columbus area.
Fanny graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Fanny and her husband, Tony live and raised their two daughters (now 24 and 21) in Worthington.
