With over ten years of retail and business banking experience with multiple banking institutions I have served as an Elite Financial Advisor, a Branch Manager and a Business Banking Lead in addition to my current role. As a highly recognized and awarded seasoned strategic and operational leader I had the opportunity to choose where I would work next. FCBank offers a high level of dedication and service to the communities within the Ohio region and is headquartered in Worthington a community I grew up a part of.
Already participating in a SIDS Ohio walk, serving as a volunteer mentor for financial aid to low income students and a part of the Future Leaders of America program I wanted to do more and needed a company that would allow me the time to do it in conjunction with work. So I moved into my current role as the Retail Market Manager for FCBank. In this role, I am responsible for all the sales, operations and financial results of seven banking offices across a five county footprint. In addition to that I help to coordinate and enhance all of our community efforts. I get to take hold of current sponsorships and events and help re-shape them or create new initiatives which support community efforts in all of our small towns. I can determine what organizations are truly making a difference in the world, such as the Family Mentor Foundation, and rally my team and efforts around them in some way. It is an amazing gift that my employer has given me and our communities-- the ability to change people’s worlds.
My diverse educational programs and multi-faceted professional experience would be a great addition to the Family Mentor Board. I could bring knowledge of marketing, financial programs, social platforms and services to collect payments, as well as a large volunteer base from your Friendly Community Bank. …More so my passion for the movement and excitement to be a part of what the organization does on a daily basis would make me an asset.
